SAP (ECP) Consultant
French Payroll | 12-Month Contract | Fully Remote (Europe)
My client is looking for an experienced SAP (ECP) Consultant to join a major post go-live payroll stabilisation programme.
This is a hands-on functional role focused on supporting, investigating and resolving complex issues within SAP French Payroll. I'm looking for someone with strong configuration expertise who has experience working in live production environments.
Key experience required:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • SAP HCM French Payroll
  • Strong functional configuration experience
  • Production support, BAU and payroll stabilisation
  • Root cause analysis and issue resolution
Essential technical expertise:
  • DSN Lifecycle Management - Monthly DSN processing, event declarations (Signalements d'événements), sick leave, terminations and end-to-end DSN troubleshooting.
  • CRPN - Experience investigating and resolving CRPN-related issues in a live payroll environment.
  • PAS (Prélèvement à la Source) - CRM file integration, withholding tax processing and Net Imposable calculations.
  • Infotype 0064 - Social insurance configuration, Cadre / Non-Cadre status and contribution calculations.
  • Infotype 0217 - Employment contract data including PCS-ESE codes, SIRET assignments and DSN compliance.
  • SAP Payroll configuration including Wage Types, Payroll Schemas, Payroll Functions, Payroll Periods, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars and Payroll Logs.
The successful contractor will play a key role in supporting French Payroll operations, resolving post go-live issues, improving payroll stability and ensuring statutory compliance across the SAP ECP landscape.
